Panoramic view of Lake in New Zealand. Cannot really remember the name of the lake though....
One word, "SHIOK!"

Another pano view using the same images. Different effect. The image above is using Auto mode in Photomerge (PS CS3). While the one on the left is using Cylindrical mode.

Visit to Singapore's Marina Barrage. Drove there on 18th November afternoon after lunch meet with an old friend Elton Chew. The make shift car park at the MB (Marina Barrage) is too small with limited car park lots. I managed to find 1 after 15mins wait.

Photo taken using Sigma 10-20mm lens. Was trying out the Polariser but the sky doesn't look as blue for me to test it out.

Also, their gallery is closed every Tuesday. Make sure you go on the right day if you want to visit the gallery there.

Admiralty Park on a Sunday evening. Air is fresh and the feeling at the park is like back to national service days in the field.

Managed to capture blur water flow.. 1st attempt but don't seems perfect.

Natural stream or man made stream.. hmm...

Went for lunch today with my colleagues. We ordered a few dishes for our belated lunch for Mr Gee CP. One of the dishes, GONG BAO CHEE DING, I found a small tiny fried cockroach hidden among the dried chillies. Lunch mood completely turned sour...

Place? Dover road coffeeshop. Well, we have a free plate of that dish in the end. Stomach a bit weird when i post this... haha.. enjoy!

Have a nice weekend!

Our first shotgun practice at Bukit Timah Range on 22nd July 2008. The shotgun that we use for practice is a 12 Gauge shotgun with 7.5 trap cartridge. There is no rifling on the barrel, just smooth bore.
7.5 trap cartridge weighs 24g with around 350 pellets each. Size of each pallet is 0.23mm. Effective killing range is around 40m and maximum range around 200m.

At the range were Chao Ping, Monica, BaconSeet, Darren and Cherry. Nice experience and fun for everyone! Simply love it!
Each shotgun weighs about 3-4kg and costs around S$5500 each. Nice gun powder smell and the recoil is simply memorable for us ( the 3 guys).

For this practice, $65 per pax inclusive of coaching and safety briefing. A box of 25 rounds costs S$20. We just ignore the price and enjoy the fun!

Good bye to Bridgestone Turanza GR80! Utilised for about 3 years. So far, it is quite reliable with good grip during wet and dry weather. Noise level, still acceptable as it is considered quiet. The tire exterior print is well defined as compared to Made in Thailand's Michelin PP2 (just my personal opinion).
Welcome Michelin PP2 (Thai Made). Similarly, good grip for wet and dry weather. Noise level, very quiet. Perhaps, it is still new. Price wise, it is slightly more expensive than GR80. S$160 per tire. While Gr80 cost at S$150 per tire. Don't understand why made in thailand tire is more expensive than made in japan tire. Tire size : 205-50-R16. Can see that the thread seems better than the GR80 with better aqua panning for the PP2. Tire air pressure 240kpa which gives better rolling and lighter steering. Air pressure for tire is VERY important as under inflate will cause more wear at the edge of tire (as proven in my GR80).
